Responsibilities
The City Attorney serves as legal counsel providing legal advice for the:
- Mayor
- City Council
- City Manager
- All departments of the City of Bloomfield
The City Attorney also serves as the prosecutor for the City in cases before the Bloomfield Municipal Court and New Mexico District Court.
