Responsibilities

The Finance Department provides a wide range of services including:
• Budgeting
• Financial reporting
• Utility billing and customer service
• Procurement
• Accounts payable
• Receipting and investing public money
The Finance Department is committed to providing the citizens of Bloomfield with timely and accurate information regarding the expenditure of public tax dollars. We also support other city departments in the areas of payroll, purchasing, accounts payable, and budgeting.
